Phoenix ABA Services was created by the clinical director and owner, Mariah Land MS, BCBA-S, LBA who wanted to be “home grown” again. The industry of ABA is changing and many companies lose intimacy with their families. This company, like a phoenix, is a “renewal” for families and staff who want to be in a learning environment that is safe, fun and rewarding.

We value our direct line staff that work every day with our clients and families. Without them, our clients would not be able to make the progress they do. ABA therapy is scientifically proven to shape behaviors and the ones driving that change are the behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians under the supervision of a BCBA. This is hard work and burnout is real.
